I hate Art Blocks.


I redid the entry scetch for 3 times until I found something I would be satisfied with XD 


YES I know Dart frogs are pretty much smaller than those on the image.  
But Unless I wanted to just do a close up headshot, or draw them really really small, I decided to   *beep*  and simply draw them big so you can see them. XD 


Well yeah, thats my entry, together with a small bad story XD

The hot sun weakened her.   
Nevertheless, everyday, Myst wandered away from her herd, a few miles into the drought area. Quite a while ago, this land was green and lush, and offered a great place to live for her herd, but then, the rain started to fade.  Weeks passed, in which the sun got worse and the green turned into dry steppe.  The herd started to wander off, leaving the dying land behind with all its left residents.  
Myst didnt felt good about it. Her herd has asked her to help them, knowing her magic allows her to call the rain.  But Myst was young, and the rain she was able to call yet, would not be enough for the herd to survive, even though they tried for many days.  

Now when they left, she knew.. that on the area she used to train, some dart frogs were left. They must have come out of the jungle where all water seems to be gone, too. 
She would never been able to carry them with her and keep them wet all the way, so she startet to come back  every day, watering the area that was still lush and green , to keep those poor frogs safe.  
She knew she wouldnt be able to continue this for long, as the herd moved more every day. Yet the grass was still enough for them to eat, and her water allowed them to drink, but as soon as the grass was gone where they were now, they had to move on.   
During all those days, Myst was amazed by the small, colourful animals which started to gather when she appeared, and she prayed that the drought would be over before she had to either carry them with her, or abandom her to the merciless heat.

Yeah I know, laaame.  And Myst shouldnt be able to survive there herself, but I decided to gave her "Rain" as the first magic, which should allow her to survive in also more sunny and dry regions where others of her kind would  already die *snicker* 


That took me ages!! D:   And right at the end before I wrote this, I noticed I forgot her transparency, so I had to go back to PS and fix that , lol
